Los anarquistas de Cesare Lombroso es un trabajo ya clásico, concebido básicamente con intención de demostrar que los anarquistas son subnormales, tocados por el síndrome del crimen, hipótesis ésta que desarrollaría una parte de la escuela penal italiana y que se extendería, durante bastante tiempo, por los estamentos más conservadores del pensamiento y las leyes de Occidente. En el presente texto, se incluye la réplica que, con ocasión de la "lombrosiada", preparó Ricardo Mella, del que se dice fue la cabeza pensante más importante del movimiento libertario español.
